It is necessary to address the project to the study of functional conditions of the housing unit. The proposal sets out a dwelling protected by two galleries, and free in its interior. Mechanical and wet spaces appear together building a technique “wall” which allows cross ventilation and versatile spaces.
The galleries, an intermediate space, interior and exterior, warm in winter and cool in summer, recover significative traditional North Spanish architecture gestures. A new housing that is geared to landscape views and light, and protected from the noise.
