The Mahanakhon Tower is 77-storey high building located in the business area of Bangkok. Its pixelised area make it look very fragile: the architect’s of Ole Scheeren wanted that the traditional massive look of towers integrated better in the city’s landscape. The facilities and the great place designed down merge problematics of architecture and urbanism. This project has been completed in 2016 after 7 years of work, and it’s now the highest tower in the capital city.

Magnificent architecture! I’m in awe!!
They had a huge opening with some lightshows and all during the launch last month! This tower was built next to an old cemetery for the Hokkien Chinese Christians and to the Thais, it’s not a good thing!
