Under the leadership of Stephane Lissner, Director of the Paris Opera, and Aurelie Dupont, Director of Dance, Opening gala for 2016/2017 season of the Opera de Paris took place the September 24th in an idyllic atmosphere. During this prestigious event, the grand staircase was decorated with multiple flowers inspired by jungle. The 600 guests could discover the contemporary representation of William Forsythe and a creation of Crystal Pite before attending the traditional Défilé du Ballet.
