The Best of Russia photography contest attracts thousands of entries from amateur and professional photographers across the country. These are some of the winning entries in the “Best of Russia 2016” photography competition. This year there were almost 300 winning pictures in the categories: Architecture, Nature, Everyday Life, Style, and Let’s Be Happy.

Gorgeous photos. What I don’t understand is why people build towns on mountain ridges? It looks so dang cold.
My favorite is the street lamps and bridge. They are all amazing.

The photos are awesome! I love the “Symmetry” one. I keep going back and forth on the photo … and it feels like I am in a time tunnel.. LOL.
The island one is really cool, and I liked the clipper ship with red sails.
