The Impressive Empty French National Library

This series shows us the National Library of France, more commonly called the BNF by its users, from a point of view that few have the chance to know: a totally empty library. 7 years after a major renovation project that began in 2011 Bnf Richelieu has recently reopened its doors to the public. These photographs were taken by the photographers Takuji Shimmura , Yves Marchand and Romain Meffre.
